Development process
A clear path to bulk production.
For a first project, we charge USD 100 per style as a development deposit. This amount is credited toward the related bulk order. Returning customers are not charged a standard development fee.

Confirm direction
We review construction, fabric, wash, decoration, size range, branding and packaging requirements.
Develop the sample
Standard denim samples start from 3 days. Special fabrics, prints or techniques usually start from 7 days.
Review & approve
Check the sample and confirm fit, color and workmanship before bulk production begins.
Bulk production
Standard styles take approximately 25 days; special materials or techniques may require up to 40 days.
Inspect & ship
We provide full-color order photos, support video or third-party inspection, then arrange the agreed delivery method.

Build the product around your market.
Our catalogue is a starting point. Fabric, decoration, color and branding can be adjusted after we review the construction and order quantity.
Fabric
Stretch or rigid denim, colored denim, printed fabric and fabric substitution to suit the project.
Wash & finish
A broad range of denim washes and finishing effects. Special techniques are confirmed after project review.
Decoration
Print, embroidery and other decorative techniques shown in our samples can be developed for production.
Branding
Labels, hangtags, packaging and other branded accessories based on your artwork or finished reference.
Hardware
Custom buttons are available from 10,000 pieces. Other trims can be sourced to the approved specification.
Price target
Our initial quote uses a medium-to-premium fabric equivalent. Share your target price and we can adjust the fabric direction.
Denim direction
Start with color, then refine the wash.
Core denim directions include dark blue, mid blue and light blue. Final shade, hand feel and wash effect are approved against your sample.

- Payment
- T/T or Alibaba in USD or RMB. Bank and platform fees are paid by the buyer.
- Deposit
- 30% deposit to begin bulk production. Balance and release terms are confirmed before shipment.
- Sample delivery
- Sample shipping is paid by the buyer. We can arrange courier service on request.
- Inspection
- Internal QC, full-color order photos, video inspection and third-party inspection are supported.
- Freight
- Sea and air freight can be arranged. Your China freight forwarder or trading company is welcome.
- United States
- Sea freight is often around 20 days, subject to sailing schedule, destination and final route.
